Sealtite Kwikseal Woodbinder screws are self-drilling screws designed to attach metal roofing & siding on post-frame & residential metal roof applications. Coated screws feature a tough 2.5 mils of powder coating that will not chalk or fade due to the UV inhibitor in all colored coatings
This Emseal expanding sealant is UV-stable and will not dry out and become hard or brittle. The Expanding Foam Sealant maintains a seal during thermal expansion and contraction of building panels. The sealant has a self-adhesive on one side. After removal of packaging, the material begins gradual expansion.

Our G100 closure is flexible, semi-rigid, cross-linked polyethylene foam is fused together by a process that assures uniform quality. This results in a material with exceptional strength and uniform compressibility. G100 panel closures are also very lightweight, easy to handle and installed.
G100 resists temperature extremes and its closed-cell configuration virtually eliminates moisture absorption and vapor transmission problems. Rust is no problem either – even at a building’s bases and eves. G100 will not crack, shrink, or dry out as do conventional closures. Use G100 where chemical resistance to atmospheric contaminants is necessary.
