Maintenance Technician
Responsible for the maintenance, repair, rebuilding and installation of all machinery and equipment. Measures and analyzes machine data, determine root cause failures and recommends solutions. Continuous improvement is an important part of this job function as maintenance works to improve the reliability of machinery and equipment within the facility.
Responsibilities & duties
-
Ability to work on metal cutting, bending, and related equipment
-
Visually inspects and troubleshoots machines and equipment to locate cause of malfunction
-
Perform preventative maintenance duties as assigned
-
Set-up, installation, repair and maintenance of equipment and machinery
-
Diagnosing malfunctions on equipment or machinery
-
Dismantling, assembling, and installation and assembly of industrial equipment
-
Ability to read and understand electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic prints
-
Work within company and OSHA safety guidelines and regulations.
-
Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Minimum Level of Education and Training:
A minimum of two years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Accounts Manager
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
-
Enter and pay accounts payable invoices
-
Verify accounts payable checks for accuracy
-
Research accounts payable
-
Maintain vendor contact details
-
Reconcile vendor statements to accounts payable records
-
Contact vendors with any billing disputes
-
Use Excel to calculate and track annual expenses
-
Drafting Letters and other duties as required
Accounts Receivable
-
Apply accounts receivable payments into various programs
-
Customer file maintenance
-
Customer Account audits
-
Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue bills
-
Drafting Letters to customers
-
Customer Credit Checks
-
Generating and tracking finance agreements
-
Monitor customer service email
Other duties

Other office duties such as answering multi-line telephone and greeting clients

Drafting Letters, forms, documents

General support duties for President and V.P.

HR & Payroll Support as needed
Qualifications:
-
Three years minimum experience working with accounts payable and accounts receivable
-
Thorough knowledge of accounts payable and receivable controls and procedures
-
Detail oriented
-
Able to multi-task
-
Effective written and verbal communication skills
-
Excellent computer skills
-
Proficiency with MSOffice (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-
Experience with QuickBooks Accounting software is required
-
Accounting or related degree preferred but not required
-
Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Outside/Traveling Sales Position
Tin Man Manufacturing in Stanford, KY is seeking an outside sales associates or outside sales firm. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and interact with and work well with others in our fast paced and ever changing industry. Some familiarity with the industry preferred. Pay is commission based.
The responsibilities of the sales position include but are not limited to the following:

Ensure timely deliveries to customer job sites and retail locations

Minimum 2 years driving experience in a professional environment

Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)

Able to pass a DOT physical, including drug screen
-
Good driving record: No more than 1 moving violations in the past 24 months or 3 moving violations in past 36 months

No DUI’s, DWI’s in the last 10 years
-
Able to sit and remain alert while driving for a minimum of 5 hours
-
Able to drive a variety of vehicle styles including flatbed, trailers, etc.

Must work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
